I am a Research scholar and GIS Analyst at the Centre for Geotechnology (CGT), Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli. After gaining my Master degree from University of Calicut in Environmental Sciences in 2008, I was employed as a Technical assistant with CGT for a period of 1 year (2009-2010). In October 2010, I joined as a JRF under DST Sponsored Project entitled "An Operational Marine GIS Expert system for Mapping of Non-living Resources". Over my short career, I have published several papers in peer reviewed International Journals and attended various national and international seminars and workshops. I also served as a reviewer for various International Journals like, International Journal of Digital Earth (Taylor & Francis), Environmental Earth Sciences (Springer), Arabian Journal of Geosciences (Springer), African Journal of Environmental Science and Technology, Herald Journal of Agriculture and Food Science Research, Herald Journal of Education and General Studies, and International Journal of Water Resources and Environmental Engineering and many more.
